South iceland wool week will send an email with confirmation of booking as soon as payment is confirmed.
Confirmation via an email of booking a workshop is valid as a ticket as well as the accompanying QR code.
The price of workshops is always the cash price, unless otherwise stated. Wool Week in the south reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are in Icelandic krónur and are published subject to typing errors. Ullarvika á suðurlandi reserves the right to cancel the transaction if the wrong price is included on the website.
You can only pay by credit card – You can pay for a ticket with a credit card through Valitor’s secure payment gateway, which has been granted PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) security certification.
Please carefully review the ticket purchases when they take place, is this the right date, the right area, the right time, etc. It may not be possible to correct ticket purchases afterwards.
If the workshop is canceled, ticket holders will be offered comparable tickets or a full refund.
Once you have purchased a workshop through the web, you can cancel and get a full refund up to 12 days before the course. All refund requests after that time will be denied.
It is not permitted to resell tickets for courses with financial gain.
If the date or time of the event is changed, the tickets will automatically move to a new day / time. If a new day / timing is not suitable for the buyer, the buyer is entitled to a full refund, but Wool Week in the South may notice a change set specific deadlines which customers have to withdraw from the purchase.

Confidentiality (Security Terms)
Ullarvika á Suðurlandi promises the buyer full confidentiality of all information he provides in connection with the transaction. Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
Law and venue
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall be brought before the District Court of Suðurland.
