Námskeið er kennt á íslensku og ensku. – Workshop in Icelandic and English.

Nemendur læra að taka ofan af, kemba ull í ullarkömbum og spinna á halasnældu. Farið verður yfir helstu hugtök, gömul heiti og ýmsan fróðleik tengd tóvinnu.

Hvað þurfa nemendur að hafa með sér: Svuntu, blað og blýant til að glósa, (plast)poka til að taka afraksturinn með heim.

Undirbúningur nemenda fyrir tíma: Enginn

Efnisgjald á nemanda og hvað er innifalið í því: Allt efni sem er notað á námskeiðinu, ull, kambar og snældur.

Students learn to prepare wool for spinning, comb wool in wool combs and spin on a drop spindle. The main concepts, old names and various knowledge related to spinning and wool work will be covered.

What students need to bring: Apron, pen or pencil and something to take notes, bag to take your work home.

Preparation for workshop: Nothing.

What’s included in the fee: Everything we use in this workshop is included, wool, combs and spindles.
