Icelandic Wool Week will send a confirmation email as soon as payment has been received.
Email confirmation of workshop purchase is valid as a ticket.
WORKSHOP
Prices for courses are always cash prices, unless otherwise stated. Icelandic Wool Week reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are in Icelandic krónur and are published subject to typing errors. Icelandic Wool Week reserves the right to cancel the transaction if the incorrect price is listed on the website.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment can only be made by credit card – Tickets can be paid for by credit card through Teya’s secure payment gateway, which has received PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) security certification.
RETURN RIGHT
Please review your ticket purchase carefully when you make it, is it the correct date, area, time, etc. It may not be possible to correct your ticket purchase afterwards.
If a course is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered equivalent tickets or a full refund.
Once you have purchased a workshop online, you can cancel and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the course. Any refund requests after that time will be rejected.
Tickets for workshops may not be resold for financial gain.
If the date or time of an event is changed, the tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date/time. If the new date/time is not suitable for the buyer, the buyer is entitled to a refund, but Icelandic Wool Week may set a specific time limit in the notice of change within which customers have to cancel their purchase.

CONFIDENTIALITY (SECURITY TERMS)
The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information provided in connection with the transaction. Under no circumstances will the information be disclosed to third parties.
LAW AND VENUE
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If any dispute arises in connection with it, it shall be heard in the District Court of South Iceland.
